We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: You can book our services by visiting our website or contacting us directly at commercial@emilyclean.net.

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods specified during the booking process.

  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing

Our pricing varies depending on the type and scope of the cleaning services required. The exact price will be agreed upon before the service is provided. Prices may be subject to change, and any changes will be communicated prior to the scheduled service.

4. Responsibilities of Clients

  • Access to Property: You must provide our cleaning team with access to the property during the scheduled time. If access is not granted, you will be charged for the service.

  • Property Safety: You are responsible for ensuring that fragile or valuable items are secured before the cleaning service begins. EmilyClean is not liable for any damage to personal property left unsecured.

5. Liability

  • Our Liability: We take great care in providing cleaning services. However, we are not liable for any damages to property caused by pre-existing conditions, nor for any damage that occurs during normal cleaning procedures unless it is due to negligence on our part.

  • Your Liability: You agree to indemnify EmilyClean from any claims or damages that arise due to your failure to comply with these Terms or from any injury or damage resulting from your failure to secure items of value.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning service at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued in the event of dissatisfaction with the service, but only if a complaint is made within 24 hours of the service being completed.
